Great customer service and professionalism highly recommend

Professional customer service and took care of my problems according to my financial needs.

Taxrise promised my assets would not be at risk of lien or seizure from IRS under their protection, that was a LIE. They promised to negotiate a interest & penalty free payment plan with IRS, that was a LIE. These people charged me $10,000 and did nothing but file my taxes. Strictly false promises and terrible customer service(especially once they got my money). Steer Clear!

BEWARE! Do not be fooled by their Google reviews. I reached out to them because I owe $25,000 to the state with leans on all my bank accounts after losing my business during COVID. The IRS will lower your debt drastically if they see you're in hardship but I thought I could get this done quicker and more efficiently with this company if i paid them some money. I basically lost everything during COVID, I have no assets and I work as a Doordash driver making $3000 month. I spoke with Chase Mcintosh he sounds very kind and sympathetic but very misleading they dont tell you that you have to pay thousands of dollars. I asked multiple times if their price was $500, even then i told him that is a lot of money for me. Even the $500 they asked for I paid $100 with my account going negative and took me a month to pay the remaining. When I was shocked to hear I was gonna pay $4,300 more, Chase's supervisor told me I was a previous business owner and I should know the definition of a retainer. They gaslight you and are pushy salespeople. That's all they are. What makes you think I can afford to pay $4,300 when i can't even pay for my gas. Unbelievable

Friendly and courteous customer service. I appreciate that the agent asked supervisor when he didn’t directly know the answer to my question. I felt like the agent empathized with my concerns and he worked very hard to address them. In the end, he asked several times to be sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. He was very clear and very concise.
