Helpful customer service and great range of gifts to choose from. Got the gift box with confetti delivered to my friend's 30th birthday right on spot! Was slightly anxious parcel wouldn't be delivered on time (friend lives in the Netherlands) but all went smooth. Thanks!

Express delivery ≠ express delivery

Boomf besteld de 14de maart, bedoeld voor een verjaardag 17maart. Express delivery genomen om zeker te zijn dat het plus minus tijdig zou aankomen (kostprijs 9euro99). Zeer teleurstellend om dan te zien dat we vandaag al dinsdag 21maart zijn en het pakje nog steeds in transit staat. Mail gestuurd ivm deze situatie. Werd correct op gereageerd maar jammer genoeg niet tot een oplossing gekomen. Ik vind het jammer dat ik afgerond 10 euro betaal voor express delivery als ik toch nog mogelijks 14 dagen zou moeten wachten. Indien dit duidelijk was aangegeven had ik het niet besteld. Update 22maart boomf is aangekomen. Vriendin was verrast en vond het prachtig. Het zag er op de toegestuurde foto ook mooi uit. Enkel jammer dat het 5dagen na haar verjaardag pas is aangekomen.heb een extra ster gegeven voor het mooie product.

MOTHER'S DAY RUINED

Ordered a gift for Mother's Day. (PRINTED MARSHMALLOWS) After over a week it still hasn't been dispatched, so I contacted these cowboys to find out where my order was. Instantly refunded me, no explanation just a refund. Now I have to find another gift! The whole point in posting these ridiculous price in the first place is convenience! Absolute sham of a company. I Should receive a quadruple refund at least! JOG ON

Be aware things can go wrong!

I originally left a one star review because I was very disappointed that the card I purchased hadn't worked and had no joy getting hold of boomf, however boomf have since been in touch and offered to rectify the situation.

I ordered a gift for my friend for her birthday

I ordered a gift for my friend for her birthday and stupidly addressed it to me. When I noticed my error (after receiving a notification from DPD that the parcel was on it's way to me!) I quickly emailed Boomf customer service telling them what a numpty I was and Lucy was on it! She managed to stop my parcel being delivered and re-diverted to the correct recipient all in a matter of about an hour. My friend's birthday was saved!

Great customer service!

Had a slight problem with delivery, that was really nothing major and they contacted me straight away and refunded me. They were super polite and helpful - couldn’t have been resolved any easier or quicker! Really puts my mind at ease for ordering in future! Having received a Boomf Box myself I know how fab they are, so I’m sure the recipient will love it too!

Order Never Arrived.

The process was fairly easy and it was really fun to make the custom card for my special occasion. However, I placed an order on February 7th for one card, hoping it would arrive no later than February 17th for Valentine's Day and my s/o's birthday. Today is March 3rd and I still have not received the card. I tried contacting them, however, I did not receive a response. So I had to write a follow-up email again. Still, no response. I understand there could be a number of delays since I am ordering from Canada, however, I expected the customer service to be a bit more helpful, considering this is an international order. In addition, it is really disappointing to see that Boomf is replying to reviews but none of my emails requesting an order status and refund. I totally understand the high volume of orders in February for Valentine's day, but the least Boomf could have done was send a blast email to all its customers, informing us of the Royal Mail cyber attack and delay in orders. I just want a refund.

Never received my package .

Never received my package and my address was changed by a system issue ordered my package feb 1st and still nothing a month later, i’ve tried to email and refund but no response.
