BE AWARE!! I rarely leave reviews but I want to make sure potential customers are aware that: 1. These products are refurbished and repaired. Having been directed to the site via a google search for a specific item, I hadn’t noticed and failed to check the important information section where it describes what a graded product is. So if you don’t know what that means or hadn’t noticed then you might be confused why your box arrives looking and sounding like it has been kicked down the street by the delivery driver. 2. You will be charged a restocking fee of 15% if you change your mind ( despite the item being unused and returned within the 30 day window). The 2 star review is based on my personal feeling that both of these points are not made super clear at point of sale which makes buying from this company a bit risky. However the latter point is the one that really left me feeling rather peeved. Yes it’s true you can find this information in their returns policy and Ts & Cs but if this company wanted to avoid any confusion or not mislead their customers then it really could be made much clearer rather than needing to read the entire websites legal paraphernalia before buying an item.

Ordered a mini cooker wired a week still no order phoned company to be told they didn’t have it in stock waited all weekend still no mention of a refund they have had my money for 8 days not impressed would not use this company again would definitely not recommend

Product as new and in good condition but you could have wiped some of the years of dust off it before posting.

I have not purchased as I decided the price was cheap and wanted to see the reviews first. I can see many people are purchasing goods they believe to be brand new with absolutely no information stating they will receive refurbished, used or second hand goods that may have been faulty or repaired. Not only that this company charge for returns of these goods and deduct a percentage according to trustpilot trusted reviews. If it wasn't for Trustpilot many of us would be fooled by ambiguous titles such as 'graded product' believing we are purchasing what we see in the images provided by this seller yet receiving shabby items in some cases.Surely it's against trading standards to show an image of a brand new item then sell a used refurbished, perhaps repaired one instead? Seller please put a clear message to your customers and use images of the product they will receive. We who have sold on ebay know the laws well enough & we know when they are being broken.

Only discovered product was secondhand junk after its arrival.

Ordered my new kettle with no problem at all. It was easy to collect from store. The staff were friendly too and polite, making it a pleasant experience.

A very quick service However i have since found that the base is cracked and i am not sure if the item came with a warranty to enable it to be returned for a replacement
