Been over a week still haven't received anything

I have asked about my expected delivery date several times and had no response. I think this is poor customer service as obviously we all have business to attend to and have to be able to accept the delivery!

Easy to order. Good communication. Great price. Products sold as graded, but my purchase was in perfect condition, just box slightly damaged.

I was a little unsure whether to buy a stand mixer here having seen the mixed reviews, but it seems that most people rating them 1 star hadn't fully grasped the concept of their store - their goods are either new or refurbished but may be slightly scuffed or in tatty packaging. I received my beautiful Salter stand mixer exceptionally quickly! The packaging was scuffed but as totally expected. The mixer itself was pristine and not even scratched! It works like an absolute dream! I am thrilled to have bought it for a huge discount compared to how it is retailing at competitors like Amazon! WARING! STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. Be aware, they are deceiving! They send me a used item with NO WARNING THAT THE ITEM I WAS BUYING WAS USED and there was NO RETURN COMMUNICATION so I'm stuck with a second hand kettle.
