Amazing service I ordered the swan steamer that wasn’t available anywhere since December 2023 so I took a chance on the box did come damaged and re taped but the steamer it self was scratch less and excellently working all the attachments were brand new with full packaging can’t be more happier thank you

Product great but postage exorbitant

Sorry to give a poor review but as a customer trying to help out a small business rather than a large company I was left u satisfied. Upon placing the order everything seemed ok and was told confirmed via email. 3 days later nothing and on the 4th day I had to email in to ask why I hadn’t received it Alex started off by saying he would find out what has happened and come back asap. 24 hours later I was emailed the words you will receive a refund. No explanation nothing so I had to email again and again only receiving small answer a not one sorry or even a way of keeping my business by offering a different coffee maker or a free express delivery. After that I did get an apology and a better explanation from a lady who seem very polite and gave me full information but unfortunately by this time I had gone to Morphy Richard’s and got a brand new coffee maker for 3 pounds extra and delivered in 24 hours. Sorry guys but I think a lesson in customer service is needed.

Fast despatch and only issue I could see was a slightly scuffed box- would thoroughly recommend buying as this was an absolute bargain!!
