Ordered 2 toasters instead of 1. Got a phone call and e.mail next day asking if I’d made a mistake. Brilliant customer service. Would recommend them to anyone

Delivery was prompt but on opening the outer box it was found the swan box that the kettle was packed in was battered, then on inspecting the kettle itself I could tell that the kettle had been a return and there was no warranty as this had been crossed out in red in the instruction booklet. A real shame but should have known that it was too good a bargain

Ordered a oil filled radiator which arrived in a terrible condition box put in a bin bag and sent by courier,box badly damaged and inside the radiator badly damaged, telephoned the store who sent me a return label a couple of weeks later I received a full refund. It did take two calls before the refund was issued.

The product is advertised as slight wear and tear or refurbished. I was really pleased with my product, near perfect apart from the box , but it's not the box I'm using. The coffee machine is fantastic and perfect for my use. The service was efficient, fast, great communications and tip too. I'd use kettle and toaster man again. Thank you
