Terrible service; I ordered back in November, and I'm still waiting. They kept delaying the delivery date. When it "was in stock", they failed to deliver three times because it couldn't be found at Moda's Wearhouse. It's a sizeable outdoor corner sofa and table, and it's hard to lose. When speaking to the Moda staff, they lied to me about it. I only know this because another Moda staff member let it slip. When We finally received the dining set, part of the delivery was missing. I had to chase Moda 3 times until someone sent me the rest. I'm still waiting for the cover. Don't think requesting a Manager call back will help. They don't get back in touch. Luckily, I got it in finance because they have been brilliant and have helped me immensely. And the product, good job it was in the November sales because I would be livid with the quality if it were full price.

Delivered on time. Table put together without any problems by RENADO and Arif. Two very friendly and helpful guys. Thank you.

Just had a delivery of my moda furniture. The gentlemen were great, they contacted me to say they were on their way and that was very appreciated. The two boys were were very polite indeed and asked what I wanted done with the packaging and I said could you take it away please. Very friendly and respectful. Thank you

Renaldo and Arif were very friendly and helpful, delivered the items without fuss, managed to reverse back out without damaging our gate, which is unusual. They could not have been more professional. A smile on their faces despite their very early start. Thank you very much.

Renado and Arif arrived to deliver and assemble replacement garden furniture, as the original delivery was deemed damaged by previous delivery guys.
