Quality Products and Staff…

I wanted to purchase additional garden furniture of the same type as my previous order of 3 years ago . This was no longer available but I asked Salva the customer services specialist to find an equivalent. She was brilliant and sorted it out immediately, sending me options and being flexible to meet my specific needs . Overall Moda does not just have quality furniture it has quality proactive staff to provide an excellent service

Renado and Alif were extremely helpful with our recent Moda delivery. They took the time to contact us by phone to let us know they were 30 minutes away. They collected our package and carried our new item into our garage. Thank you.

We have had the worst experience with…

We have had the worst experience with this company I would really take the time to read the reviews. We had a fantastic experience purchasing after driving all the way from Newcastle. We were really taken care of and had regular updates and regular check ins from the staff. We had an issue with our first delivery and the manager sorted out a replacement got it into store for us to collect and talked us through it all. Came in with another issue and none of them are with the business anymore?Can’t get through to any customer service can’t speak with anyone because you’re on hold for hours. We are now out of warranty nothing they can do for us anymore because of administration. I don’t know what happened to this business but it’s a mess. *** Asking for my information when I have called the store 5 x this afternoon alone ringing out and ringing out, customer service can’t even reach them.

Appalling service

I placed and paid for an order of garden furniture and a cover on the 10th May 2024. Estimated delivery time was 2-4 wks. 2 wks after placing the order I contacted them and was advised that half of the order was not in stock. Finally on the 27th June the furniture arrived but not the cover which I was advised should be in on the 10th July. No cover arrived. I was then advised that it would be on the 2nd Aug. Today, 14th Aug there is still no sign of the cover and no communication from them.

Be warned, the furniture doesn’t last

I spent a lot of money two years ago on a Halo u-shaped sofa from Moda. It was more money than I wanted to spend but it was the only unit I could find that fitted exactly into the space I have. Roll on two years and the rattan across the different pieces has faded to different colours. Some of the pieces have remained the original colour, some have faded in their entirety, and others have faded in a piecemeal fashion, with some components one colour and others a different one entirely. This is too uniform to be fading by the sun, it must be down to the quality of the product itself and it now just looks like a terrible mish mash of pieces that don’t belong together. I have just phoned up customer services to be told that because they went into receivership in July 2023 and are now a different company, all warranties before that date, including mine, are invalidated. I get that they are saying legally they don’t have to do anything for me but as they are still trading with the same website and selling exactly the same products as I bought I wanted to try and warn people that the high price doesn’t necessarily mean good quality - it certainly hasn’t in my case.

Absolutely Awesome Products, after being taken over in 2023 they are Utterly Useless... Should You Have Any Issues Such as Used / Damaged Goods Being Sold as New Do Not Expect Them To Resolve This, Contacted BBC Watchdog to see if this is their usual practice.. Ensure You Purchase Via Credit Card So Any Disputes are Covered based on our own experience... still waiting for response after goods delivered 12/7/24 !!! Date of experience: July 12, 2024

Unfortunate delivery mess up

Moda table was excellent and well built. over all very happy with the product. unfortunately I have had some complications with the delivery. Moda have been prompt in contacting me with the issues and offered me multiple resolutions to my issue, which has restored faith that this is a rare issue.
