Just received my egg chair after waiting 13 weeks. Delivery drivers Yogandeep and Amtinder were very helpful, assembled and took all wrapping away. Thank you, great service!!

Still waiting for the remaining part of the order( Ledbury rising table) that I placed and paid in full on 18th February!! Spent so much time chasing them up. Told a couple of weeks ago would be in the warehouse by 7th " I give you my word were the employees words" . I rang on 9th and told by same employee " yes it's in the warehouse delivery will ring within 24 to 48 hours". No phone call yesterday and Guess what when I rang yesterday " it will be in the warehouse on the 14th" . I've never received any explanation as to why the full set wasn't all ready at the same time. A phone call from the mysterious Jules P would be very much appreciated..

5 star rating goes to Chrissy Pye. From the moment we walked into the Chelmsford showroom she has looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble, never had to chase her up, everything she said she'd do was executed promptly. Couple of issues after delivery but again Chrissy was on it and was all sorted immediately. It's a long time since I've received such committed customer service. Well done Chrissy Pye! Moda you are lucky to have her.

Sana was most helpful from beginning to end of my query. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all polite throughout.

Although at the start of the purchase I had a few issues, I can honestly say that Moda jumped into action and the email follow up responses were excellent! I had the choice of delivery dates and all my furniture arrived on time. I’m delighted with my purchase and the quality is excellent.
