Extreme deterioration in customer service!
Ordered a table cover on the 17th of June with expected delivery date of 3-10 working days. No delivery so emailed on 7th July to be told cover not expected until 5th of August. Still no contact to date. Phoned customer service held for 10mins then asked for customer order number. whilst giving the number phone cut off! Also trying to purchase another two sets of cushions for previous furniture items , Told available then not available then after negative review they are available ? we will be in touch... again nothing. The fall in the level of service from 6 years ago really remarkable! instead of expanding get a grip with the customers you have!

Poor sales after care
Initial experience was very good however on delivery every one of the back cushions of the Fusion cube set I ordered were squashed. I called, was asked to send in photos and was told they would return to their correct shape in a couple of weeks. They didn't and that was at the beginning of April. I have emailed multiple times since, spent 50 minutes waiting for in a call queue and another 30 minutes on the phone going through the issue and was told replacement cushions would be sent. Nothing has arrived, and no one is responding to my follow up e-mails. I am very disappointed with the level of sales aftercare and would not recommend moda furnishings. For the record, the back cushions are still creased and squashed 4 months after they were delivered. Update: Moda contacted me the following day after I wrote this review asking for order information so that they could investigate. I shared this with them and no further contact was made.

Amazing service, when ordered next day delivery was arranged. The day before recieved a call to tell us when delivery was coming. The delivery drivers Freed and Yaseen were very helpful didn't leave until everything was doubled checked.

Useless, money grabbing company!
If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been trying to get a replacement electric starter for our table and have basically been told “unlucky we don’t have them” even though on the “fix it” guide they guide you contact them to order one. I would stay well clear from this company and spend your money somewhere else. All they care about is new customers and couldn’t care less about fixing problems.

Ordered a few items from Moda during…
Ordered a few items from Moda during the Pandemic. The furniture itself is well-built, but the plastic rattan used for the furniture is not UV-resistant and is unfit for purpose. Any rattan under glass just cracks due to the heat when the sun is out. We are now left with a dining table and coffee table that look a mess and are just cracking and falling to bits. I would highly recommend not buying anything that has a glass covering as it will crack over time. Very disappointing for such high-priced furniture. UPDATE 13-08-24 Moda have NOT contacted me or advised a solution to this issue, despite what they may have posted on here. Clearly their intention is to pretend to be taking action, but as of yet they have not. My recommendation is stil lto avoid purchasing from Moda as it appears their customer service is as poor as their rattan Update 7th October Still no contact - AVOID
