My wife and I cannot thank Wado Chan enough for the time he spent with us - we arrived with one st of ideas but due to his patience and advice, we left with a set of patio furniture which is so much better than we had imagined. An outstanding and knowledgeable ambassador for Moda and all its products.

As we entered the showroom we were met by the salesman in a very courteous manner.We explained to him what we wanted and he was extremely helpful in the way he dealt with our enquiry.He also offered us a coffee for which we were grateful.Having discussed various things we decided to go ahead with our order.We would strongly recommend Modo Furnishings to anyone as our visit was very good from first to last

Very disappointed with quality and service
Very disappointed with the service offered by Moda. We bought a significant amount of furniture about 2/3 years ago. Despite the Salone furniture publishing a 7 year warranty when we reported a problem with our rising table and the powder coating peeling off we were met with "oh sorry that Moda has gone into liquidation so we cant honour the warranty". To my view nothing has changed, Website is the same, products are the same, they are even bragging being in business 10 years and offering celebratory discounts. What they don't do is back up what they are offering regarding warranty. Offered to sell us a new table though!! They have just replied and said they wont honour the warranty of the previous MODA Company despite bragging they have been in business for 10 years They haven't been in business for 10 years they have been in business for less than 2 years and do not honour warranty its not worth the paper its written on and they are miss selling this information.

2 complaint emails written with no reply
2 complaint emails written with no acknowledgement. I was pleased with the call from premier delivery a few days after our order was placed and again the following week to confirm the delivery date, however the delivery itself was awful. I received no phone call to say the drivers were on their way, there was also nothing to say that the delivery was doorstep only and so wasn’t expecting to have to move the delivery myself. Unfortunately it was left blocking my front door and as we live in a terraced home it was left thoughtlessly blocking my front door and driveway. Had I known it wasn’t being delivered through the house I’d have been able to make the driveway clear for delivery but there was no communication even on delivery. I didn’t sign for any products, the delivery driver shouted “hi love it’s all there for you” from across my neighbours garden because they couldn’t get up my driveway. When I asked if they were delivering it inside he said “no love just front door delivery”. The boxes were too big to fit through my front door so I had to hope they’d be left untouched on my driveway whilst I moved them where I could, being a young family it was a huge inconvenience with arranging childcare and alternative school pick ups as I couldn’t leave the furniture unattended for obvious reasons. Maybe it was my misunderstanding but there is nothing to suggest the delivery isn’t taken inside the property. After spending over £1,500 I’d have at least expected to sign for the products too but there was nothing to show a good delivery of the products at all. When we assembled the items it’s clear that the corner of the table insert has been damaged with a noticeable chip along with a large dent and scuff on the firepit insert. I had written two email complaints detailing the above issues and concerns and am yet to receive even an acknowledgement despite them being sent on 24th April and 26th April. The furniture is lovely, I’m fairly pleased with it but I think it was definitely overshadowed by the poor delivery and customer service, I won’t be recommending or repurchasing from Moda furnishings. *Edit to add on 7th June 2024. Finally received communication from the customer service and was told my emails weren’t being received, despite using the online form and sending to the email outlined in the terms and conditions at various times. I heard back and was offered £75 compensation and replacement parts on 16th May 2024, yet again I am waiting for customer services to get back to me. Absolute disgrace of a service, how they manage a company I have no idea when a simple email isn’t followed up. Avoid at all costs. A further complaint will be made to trading standards following the situation.

Seems good quality garden furniture
We visited the showroom today and we were well looked after by the sales person. Not the widest range of garden furniture on display but sufficient for our purposes. Its a little difficult to spot the showroom but overall worth it. Furniture seems good quality or we wouldn't have purchased.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MODA FURNISHINGS
Still not received delivery of our order, even though it was in stock when we ordered. They did deliver the parasol which comes with the sun loungers but not the loungers and the parasol was poor quality and ripped. They have arranged collection of this but still not managed to deliver the sun loungers. Customer service is non existent as the phone line rings off or inbox is full, live chat doesn't lead to anyone. We are left wondering if we will ever receive our order and now concerned with the quality if and when we do receive the items.
