Good customer service

Good customer service. Always have discount code sales on. But is annoying slightly in that you have to wait for the discount code to come around again if you are waiting to buy something and want to get the same deal. Nice to spread cost out over 3months. Goods haven't arrived yet as only just ordered but website and payment process all very smooth.

Terrible service and impossible to get…

Terrible service and impossible to get any help. Made an order 4 weeks ago with a 7 day delivery. Given 2 different delivery dates and no one turned up. Impossible to get through to customer service. After a 3 HOUR hold I got through and Moda blame delivery company, delivery company blame Moda and told me they never gave the item for delivery. Asked to make a formal complaint and was refused a complaint reference in breach of UK consumer protection law. Also refused a refund - told me it’s very difficult and takes many days…… AVOID

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a product and paid at cost of nearly £500. Was promised delivery within 7 days. 14 days later delivery company arrived but did not deliver and simply informed me the product was not provided by the sellor. Tried to call them multiple times but always hang up and cut off customers after leaving them on hold for hours. Delivery company failed to deliver after 2nd attempt telling me 3 different stories about first being late and then having never received the goods to deliver. Now having emailed several times, called for hours with no connection and tried the useless chat function I will escalate to trading standards and inform my bank that this is a scam company and attempt to recover my money. Please, please stay away!

Amazing Customer Service

Visited the Chelmsford showroom on Monday 6th May. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. All the furniture we looked at was of a really high standard. We were helped by a lovely lady named Chrissy, who was really knowledgeable about all the products, and answered every question we had. Would highly recommend both Moda and Chrissy to everyone. Amazing customer service. Can’t remember the last time I was this pleased with the service I received somewhere.

Great choice, great staff

Helpful, friendly staff, loved the screens around the showroom where you could browse different colours, packages etc once you’d decided on a design. Great choice of furniture designs and colours.

They do not Honour the 7 year guarantee

We bought our furniture in 2019 because they offer a 7 year guarantee only to be told today that they can’t Honour it as they went into administration in 2023…. This is very bad customer service as this is why we paid a lot more to have the knowledge if it breaks we are covered for repairs as promised in the guarantee very disappointing

Very happy with our Moda Furnishings experience

Sales experience was easy and very efficient. Delivery date was agreed within days of my online order. Initial challenges with stock etc were managed very professionally by the Moda customer service team. The furniture is in place and myself and my family are very happy with our choice. The furniture looks great and very comfortable. Would recommend 100% !

Still disappointed.

Placed an order Saturday 27th April for Henley bistro set of 2 reclining chairs and a table. I received an email confirmation straight away, however, the email stated my order as Henley 2 seater sofa not 2 x chairs. I emailed straight away to ask for confirmation of the correct items. I did not get a response so I re sent the email on Monday -still no reply. On Thursday I re sent the email again and advised that I would cancel the order if I did not get a response. I am still waiting for them to reply after a week. Dreadful customer service. I am a previous customer and am shocked by the lack of response. I tried to phone but the phone is never answered. Very poor and I will be cancelling my order. Update - after reading this review I received a email and message from Lisa. I responded straight away to ask her to ring and forwarded all my emails to her as she said they have not been received. Since then … NOTHING! Would be a zero star now!
