3 separate dates given to deliver my furniture. 3 times this has not arrived. No one gives you a straight answer, full of apologies but no action taken to resolve! Completely wasted me time on numerous occasions waiting in for deliveries but having to spend a ridiculous amount of time on the phone to get someone to help. Don’t bother ordering from here

WARNING - FURNITURE FALLS APART AFTER 2 YEARS. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE MOST RECENT REVIEW - MOST OF WHICH ARE 1 STAR. AND THEN FILTER TO READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE OVERALL GOOD RATING THIS COMPANY HAS. ALSO LOOK THAT COMMENTS AND REVIEWS ARE TURNED OFF ON THEIR FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM PAGES - ASK YOURSELF WHY! We were also affected by the "administration" of this company where they did not uphold any warranties. Our over £4000 spend on furniture that we thought would last us 10 years plus is likely to end up at the tip at the end of this summer. The table has a massive hole where the material has falled apart and the sofas are also fraying very badly in multiple places. The customer services say there is nothing they can do and offer no form of repair kit. Good reviews seem to be from people who have just purchased the furniture - please do your research and see the number of people that have furniture falling apart so you do not fall into the issues that I and obviously plenty of other customers have had.

What a joke of a company!!!! Ordered items up to £6000 in January yes January!!!! and still no delivery of products. Your delivery dates are an absolute joke, nothing arrives!, and your customer service is shameless 😡 Looking at other reviews I can see I’m not alone ! You still have the audacity to market products that you know will never arrive, definitely a case for trading standards!! Do Not Order Anything From This So Called Company!!!!!!!!!

Warning re 7 year Warranty If you search 1 star reviews you will see issues coming up about the warranty and some service issues. The company went into admin July 23. New company now but uses same name excluding "ltd" - now moda furnishings. All warranties pre july 2023 not insured and you have no protection from the old company (and of course nothing from new one). Our table failed after 6 years so should be under warranty but now no warranty. So just make sure if buying that you ensure the warranty is an Insured warranty. Seems some service issues but in the past they were outstanding. Now for my reply from moda it will be:- "I am very sorry you have been affected by the Administration of Moda furnishings LTD . I apologise that we were unable to help further with your order." Just do not relie on the warranty

Your business is a disgrace! Please do not order from this company because the haulier premier deliveries will not deliver and will come up with any excuse to not deliver!!!! A joke of a company - AVOID Premier deliveries are your partner and they are a disgrace and are effecting your business!

I posted a review about Moda yesterday and I received a reassuring call from someone at Head Office who apologised for lack of communication. I decided to go ahead with the purchase. He said he would email me a new delivery date and I would receive platinum service when they delivered my garden sofa. Unfortunately that has not been the case. I have checked my spam and no email from this company. I tried calling but I was number 9 in the queue. Who has the time. It’s useless trying to email them they don’t reply. It’s really upsetting that I can’t take them at their word. I will now have to go through the whole process of trying to get my money back. Dreadful, frustrating and upsetting. Hello Jules. No one called me. You said someone will call me within an hour, they DIDNT. Nor any time throughout the day. Are you a SCAM company. I would like a full refund. Anyone reading this should beware of this company. They make promises they have no intention of keeping. I am wondering if those reviews praising them are real. Tired of this. I just want my hard earned money back.

I wanted to order a large rattan storage box with premium delivery service so that the box would be assembled by Moda employees on site with all packaging removed following assembly. The option to select the premium delivery service was not available when ordering online so I phoned the sales office to place my order over the phone. I had to wait for well over an hour to speak to someone and eventually place my order. This was a very frustrating time consuming process and suggest you add the option to select platinum delivery to your online portal and increase the number of people handling telephone sales - the impression I had was that there was only one person answering calls !

Young lady was polite and efficient creating our order quickly and effciently.

Rattan failed after less than 4 years with good aftercare. 7 Year warranty is offered, unfortunately this business went into administration and was then flipped. Same name, same site, all the same offers and all the same product. But not covering warranty from before 2023. We spent nearly 4k on this furniture. Beware. I should add that we have a secondary rattan furniture set from Ikea a fraction of the price and it is still in exceptional order after 10 years.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Product started to rust. Have contacted them as product covered under 7 year warranty to be told that Moda Furnishings Ltd went in to administration in July 2023 and now trades as Moda Furnishings under Giomani Designs Limited and as such all warranties are no longer valid. They still have on their website that they have over 10,000 reviews and 5* rating. This is a lie under the new name and unethical as this was under the previous company.
