Fantastic well made furniture. The sales assistant Wado was brilliant. He made us most welcome, gave us very helpful advice. Nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge of the products was second to none. He is the epitomises everything you would want in a sales assistant . Thank you Wado.

Company went bust. Was about to get my chairs replaced under warranty. They kept delaying! They went into administration at that time so warranty void. Furniture was excellent for a year but then despite amazing claims of it being weatherproof. The rattan split. Avoid at all costs as they don’t keep their promises. Deliberately delayed my replacement. Very underhand. Order no 9000035545 and 13000009666 still showing as not delivered. Added 9/4/24 Your reply is wrong. We claimed when it was within 7 years warranty. You delayed the replacement by a week and then went bust. So your reply below is incorrect. I feel it’s important for new customers to be aware that the warranty is worthless if you decide to change companies again (but keep a similar name)

Very easy to use and great products

We bought some lovely furniture in 2019 spending £1000+ which unfortunately broke along the seam during the winter of 2022. I placed a claim under the warranty in March 2023 where a replacement was thankfully ordered. The company then went into administration last year 2 weeks before my supposed delivery and I was told I couldn’t get the item even though it had a 7 year warranty. Unfortunately I’ve taken the supplied rain cover off this year and the damage is worse and the table is pretty much unusable and we’ll have to replace the whole thing. The website, prices, policies and stock under the new ownership looks exactly the same. I’d not trust this company with my money based on their warranty. I wouldn’t be surprised if it ‘closed’ again.

The sales people were lovely and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were served by Ola who was able to answer all of our questions expertly and with extensive product knowledge. She is an assistant that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She helped me make the right decision as to which furniture we choose. Thank you for a lovely experience
