Customer service has been great from day one, Moda held our furniture until we were ready to accept it. The delivery guys, Rob and Ed rang me to advise delivery time and they were bang on time. All furniture assembled, they tested the flame pit and all packaging removed. Very friendly guys who welcomed the offer of coffee after their 5 hour drive. Great Service!!

1st Class service from Moda today, received phone calls with precise arrival times, and when Sam C & Samad arrived they were both very friendly, helpful and courteous. the premium service for assembly of the furniture was carried out with no fuss and they both explained parts where needed (firepit table and operation etc) I could not be more happy with the service and the furniture, with only a slight issue with 1 leg of a sofa for which Sam C took pictures of to arrange a replacement.
