Excellent service from Wado and team in store, who were very patient and helped us to work out the best configuration for our garden space. The delivery service provided by Sam.C. and Christina was second to none. They carried all items to our garage in torrential rain(6 chairs, fire pit table, large corner sofa and two coffee tables) and put together all of the pieces, before placing them where we wanted them. Also got rid of all of the packaging and identified two minor issues with the furniture that has already been dealt with by customer services. Altogether an excellent price and service, and the furniture looks stunning. As I have just received the items, I cannot yet comment on the quality of the furniture over time.

Great service from Sam C and Christina who delivered our patio set today, managing to squeeze it with care through our gate into back garden; they kept me informed of the expected arrival time throughout the day and arrived on schedule.

Very poor after sales service. Broken Parasol when removed from box, but would not supply a new one without charging plus delivery. I would not buy from them again. Excuses excuses excuses🤬

Brilliant service from the 2 x delivery guys at Moda Furnishing - Paul & Hassan. Helped carry the boxes inside and down the side path in the rain. Very impressive and really nice guys!

We had our furniture delivered by Sam C & Samad yesterday. They were very polite and informative, even after their very, very long journey! If like me, you think the reviews are fake that have the delivery drivers names, they’re not. They just kindly ask that you mention them. We ordered the Salone corner sofa with firepit which is outstanding quality! I really can’t fault it at all. The cushions are extremely thick with a very expensive looking material. The aluminium frame is faultless. It’s very well painted, with no dents or blemishes at all. And the firepit table really finishes the whole look off. I’m a tough customer to please, but this has surpassed my expectations!
