Mark and loan delivered our furniture today texted with arrival time, showed us how it all worked! Great guys and beautiful furniture.

Five stars for Mark and Omar, who delivered the furniture this morning. Didn’t really have much to do with the company as I ordered online, but Mark and Omar sent a text before arrival, and brought the boxes into the garden very cheerfully.

This company have reneged on their 7 year guarantee 10 months after purchase by changing the company’s name slightly and announcing administration. All the UV protected cushions on my £5000 suite have changed colour significantly after 4 weeks of sun this year. The suite has mainly been under covers.They are not the brand they try to sell, purely a rip off high profile backstreet dealer.BEWARE

Received my new garden furniture today, all looks fabulous! It was delivered by Sam C & Hassan, two really nice guys. They arrived when expected, very polite and very informative about my new furniture. Thank you both 😊 all I need now is some sun!

Great service from Ryan today, updated me before arrival, assembled all furniture in no time and took all packaging away with him, really polite and friendly!

Sam C and Hassan arrived on time. They kindly carried the large, heavy package around my house to the garden patio. I’ve not had chance to open and inspect the product yet, but I’ll assume it’s fine for now. Friendly and helpful. 7 year guarantee as well.

Rob and James texted me 20 minutes before they were due to arrive and they took all my delivery items down to the bottom of my garden and into my shed as I asked, without question. 1st class delivery! 30 minutes later after opening my delivery I found that one of the chairs was damaged and the glass on top of the centre table was smashed to smithereens (like a windscreen). After taking photos of the damaged furniture and clearing all the smashed glass (which seemed to go everywhere) I had to submit the photos to Moda Furnishings and await their response. Such a waste of time. Was 5 star now reduced to 3 star.

Very helpful service when purchasing. Offered lots of advice with no pressure. The delivery by Rob and James was excellent. Very friendly, polite and tidy. Best delivery drivers I’ve ever had. Very impressed!
