We’ve waited to post this review as we wanted to be honest about the whole experience with Moda Furnishings following their takeover this summer. We were wary about purchasing from them because of this but after visiting the Manchester store and speaking with Kyle, who was upfront and honest about what had happened and the feedback and reviews they were receiving, we decided to go ahead and make a purchase. Initially, the furniture we wanted wasn’t included in the sale so Kyle helped us find the best way to make the most of the sale discount and get what we wanted. A week later, our dining set went into the sale. We spoke with Kyle who cancelled our first order and issued a refund (which we have received) so that we could purchase what we wanted originally. Yesterday, we had our dining set delivered on time, set up and demonstrated by both Mark and Ioan. The service from the staff in store, updates from the delivery team and drivers has been great. Time will tell about the quality of the furniture and the future of the company and warranty but for now, we can’t complain about our experience from the staff.

Great Fast free delivery from Mark and Ioan who phoned to let me know prior to arriving and also took all the boxes to the garden. Furniture now all set up and looks great, quality seems better than most I’ve had in the past so far and with the sale for a similar price too.
