Great service on recent order and delivery

Placed an order for Arc 1 set on a Friday evening, only afterwards did I think about Googling the company! I was shocked and worried when I read that the company had gone into administration but thankfully been taken over. Phoned up on Monday to confirm that the order had been received and an estimated delivery date was given of the following Monday. That Friday I received an email confirming the delivery for the Monday morning betwen 7 and 10am. Monday came and sure enough as promised I received a text from Mark and Darrell the delivery drivers stating they were approx 20min away …. This was 6.35! Unfortunately I was already in work however they offloaded the furniture in my gazebo and explained that if I found any issues just take a photo and email it to the office. I just hope the after sales is as good as the ordering and delivery team, so far an excellent service…. Will update the review once I’ve unwrapped the sofa. Sofa unboxed last night and very pleased with the product, well made, comfortable and looks brilliant. Thank you Moda hope your business goes from strength to strength under new ownership.

We visited the showroom today with the intention of just looking for now, the quality of service and the products were excellent and the 7 year warranty sealed the deal for us. Thank you Wado for supporting us with our purchase and we look forward to our delivery 😊

Sam C and Hassan arrived bang on the earlier end of the alloted time slot. They were friendly and helpful, ensuring all of the furniture got to the back garden. The furniture itself is really good quality, well built and comfortable (we bought an aluminium sofa set with fire pit). Very happy with the purchase, would definitely recommend. As they are under new ownership the furniture comes with a 7 year guarantee as well.

Although the delivery team were brilliant and customer service’s excellent also I am really disappointed. After buying from Moda Furnishings Ltd they went into liquidation only a couple of days prior to delivery and I am still fighting for my money back. As I wanted the garden furniture I’d chosen I decided to re order from Moda Furnishings. The furniture came looking nothing like the colour on the picture on the internet. The brown looks grey. Shame I cannot upload pictures. I was so disappointed. I’ve since been in conversations about this and had swatches sent and nothing looks like the online pictures. I’ve saved hard for a composite deck and nice furniture and I’m so disappointed and decided to return the furniture and being charged 10% for doing so. I think it fails trade descriptions but apparently it’s not policy and I can’t really afford to lose this money.

Rob & Omar we’re excellent great service no issues when they realised that it needed to be lifted over next door to get into the garden so friendly and helpful they are an asset to your company it was the hottest day of the year and no complaining just very happy to deliver and do their job.
