The delivery from Mark and Anton was no issue. However I do have an issue with the packaging of the products. When I unpacked the u-shaped sofa and put it all together cushions an all, was it that I noticed the 2 end units which were packed together has rubbed on each other and worn the paint away. This is no fault of Mark and Anton. It was how they were packed inside that has caused the 2 unit to rub against each other and take the paint off!

Rob & Jake were brilliant delivering our new Moda dining furniture. We had a phone call from them advising a time of arrival. They took care with our product boxes as we only needed them to be placed in our garage for us to unbox at a later date. Very friendly gentlemen.

Ryan and Ed came promptly this morning, by the time I had been in and out my shower they had set up the furniture, explained how to use it to my husband and how look after it. They also took away all the packaging. My husband also wanted to add that the guys were really friendly and helpful. Great service. Small issue in that I wanted the Ledbury 3J but the end sections were not available which were curved in style. Lisa at Customer Service called me about it to apologise and offer the Halo 3J which is the same except the end sections are straight. I’m actually really pleased with it! It’s a great quality garden set, well worth the money. Good to deal with Customer Service that actually cares, thank you!
