Customer service good too throughout extensive works which had potential to be extremely disruptive to our daily living. After finding out we met the eligibility requirements, we had an inspection carried out by Alba Gas, and the professionalism was second to none. The communication from both companies was excellent at every step, and they kept us informed throughout the entire process. Within just a few weeks, all the new equipment was delivered and installed in a single day. The team worked efficiently, respected our property, and accomplished so much in such a short time. The improvements have made a massive difference to our home, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. I would give 5 stars to Montali who installed my upgraded central heating system for their workmanship,cleanliness, politeness, also the polite carpet fitter who uplifted and relade my carpets to make it all worthwhile,

House survey should be more in-depth as when installer came to proceed they couldn’t which meant certain things could not go ahead . Heating company who visited did excellent job and work completed in half a day and workmanship excellent you wouldn’t have known they had been and follow up was great.
