Brilliant service no complaints

I got a new boiler - definitely feel a difference, the operative explained how to use the new boiler, he was very good at his job and accommodated my work schedule. Mechanical ventilation - not sure about this, operative did not explain how it worked, job took from 7.30 to 5pm to complete, switches had to be moved so I can access them - returned a few times to rectify. New doors - love my new doors, the operatives were very friendly and worked quickly, I have had to get them back to reseal - but its not a big deal. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors - glad I got these, as Ill need them if I want to sell the house, and they work - they all went off together when my partner decided to have a shower with the bathroom door open, the steam set if off. So we know it works. I am very thankful for the work done. Communication was good, and they are quick to rectify any that needs done.

Today we had two lovely guys to come to fit a new front and back door. Sean and Andy arrived when they said they would, the carried out the work expertly, they were polite, caring, very helpful, very considerate as we are elderly. They cleaned up every bit of mess that had been made. What a pleasure to have two lovely guys who care about their work and the clients they are dealing with. So rare nowadays. I hope that if ever we had work carried out by WarmWorks in the future it would be Sean and Andy that came to do the work. Thank you lads.

The whole process was relatively seamless and all the staff I dealt with were very professional. The only downside was due to funding delays as a result of current governmental budgetary constraints.

Plenty of communication and everyone who came to the house got on with the job. Clean tidy and efficient. Would especially mention the electricians.

Everything went as planned, no hitches or glitches. Quick, efficient- excellent from start to finish.
