I'm really satisfied with the partial work that was carried out with Warmworks and the sub contractors but was really disappointed with the fact that my boiler couldn't be changed. This required all the rooms with flooring (lower half of my home)to be uplifted, which for me meant to get someone to uplift and replace all again. If it was just one room i would've understood but my lower level had 4 rooms that needed uplifted. I did phone warmworks repeatedly and had said to warmworks that even the sub contractors who came out to survey had agreed that they recommend to just replace boiler and radiators to minimise disruption. As my boiler is over 11 years old Iwas really in desperate need for one but they said the same thing over again that the pipes underneath need to be replaced to. This scheme is meant to help people whom are in low income and in reciept of benefits but i was really disappointed that they would have me in debt to replace all my flooring to stick to their rules of replacing the pipes as well. I feel if you are a company trying to help those who cannot afford to replace their heating system then they shouldn't have them in and over their heads in debt with other costs which is despite the point!!

The work was carried out in an exemplary fashion and on time. The engineers laid sheets to protect carpets etc and were very clean and thorough. Overall a great customer experience and all for free as well!!!
