Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives. We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm. Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland. We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway. Our commitment to our values, to doing the right thing by our people, our customers and our communities, is what defines us as a business. Our work Our work is a key part of the drive to reduce carbon emissions and the transition to a net zero society. Our role is to ensure that this transition to low-carbon living, with its rapid shift towards new, renewable technologies in people’s homes, includes everyone, especially those who need extra help and support to adapt to change.

Communication was good

Communication was good, from first contact upto day of work starting. Only complaint I have is….. Said I was meant to get smart air vents but were out of stock at that time, now they have some but as all the work is completed am not entitled to them anymore. So house is still drafty and losing heat! Company who fitted the boiler again were nice, friendly ans tidy but after inspection under my ground floor I noticed they never clipped the white plastic piping to the joists so just laying on the cold concrete sub base and no grey insulation round it either. Just hope they heating pipes don’t freeze and burst

Excellent from start to finish

All staff and contractors we came into contact with were fantastic. Everyone was very kind and caring towards my elderly mother. They carried out all works very professionally and to a very high standard. Thanks to everyone involved, especially Kayleigh who was always on hand to help with our queries. .

Highly recommended

I had Warmworks in to fit a whole new system of radiators and pipes. The work was done quickly and professionally with no mess left behind. My house is now so much warmer!

First class service

I was in hospital when the boiler and radiators were installed and the guys contacted me by facetime letting me know how everything was going and had everything done before I came home, to avoid me having to work round any upheaval.

The company where absolutely fantastic…

The company where absolutely fantastic from start to finish, very tidy and helpful if we want to know anything,and they explained everything as the job went on, a great bunch of lads, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to have their central heating system installed, nothing was any trouble to them and they were very professional at their work.
