Installation was installed very efficiently. Tradesmen were very courteous.

Got survey done in April, contractors came out to survey in August, was scheduled for beg November to have solar panels fitted. Company fitting them said, Warmwirks has no funds to install them. Mid December works was done satisfactory.

The heating I had fitted is great. The gas fitters were very good. I found the communication with warmworks very poor and all the different companies confusing. Being refused loft insulation was disappointing and defeats the purpose of having the heating installed. I can only afford the heating on for a short time and my home doesn't retain the heat.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The booking process was very easy and every step was explained to me quite comprehensively.

Warmworks did an excellent job, installing solar panels, heat pump,radiators, doors and loft insulation. Everyone was very helpful and professional, and communications were always clear and timely. I can't speak highly enough of Warmworks staff and especially of MacInnes Group who installed the panels and heating. The plumber and electrician were great, with the plumber taking the lead role in communicating the planned installation as well as giving very comprehensive and clear operating instructions. All works were to a very high standard and the heating and insulation has made a huge difference. Very many thanks to everyone involved. I would highly recommend Warmworks to anyone.

The staff from the beginning right through to the workmen were very helpful and explained everything that they were going to be doing and the inspector that came after the work was all done was very nice, the company should be proud of themselves
