This was a very positive experience for me. The company were in contact when they said they would be and their agents were friendly and helpful in planning and completing the work. The appointed company TK Murray, were professional and listened to my concerns about surface piping and adjusted the plan accordingly. The fitters were lovely guys and clearly did their best to keep the devastation to a minimum. Getting a complete new heating system is a major disruption, no two ways about it, but they did their best to make it as easy as possible. Would happily work with them again.

Professional, well informed. Arrived at agreed time for appointments and did not waste my time. Unexpected and much welcomed follow up to check if there were any issues. Exactly the kind of service one should expect but seldom happens.

Work was done pretty quick tested and works fine, heating engineers tidied up great when work was complete and gave instruction on how boiler etc worked very happy overall with the work

The workwas done in 1 day ,....doors done in hours and perfect ,Iam veryhappy with all.The two ladies who were with me throughout were more than helpful and patient dealt with all and very professional.I thank all,and grateful....Thank You

The ease of arrangements from initial enquiry to completion of works was made so easy for us - without a worry. The standard of work from both companies involved was exemplary.
