They process prior to install was great, the install was scheduled for two days and was done in one. To do this the installers ordered plastic piping and didn’t use the copper piping that was agreed. They cited a radiation in the wrong position, despite area prepared for new location. They used hand tool to cut square holes in the living room floor, through wooden flooring, ruining the floor as opposed to using a drill. Months later and job not finished or rectified (Jan 25). I really regret going ahead with the new boiler and would strongly advise not using warm works.

The company work was good but a few complaints but not about there work as I know that the work schedule is tight I am an elderly woman and in my seventies and I try my best to keep my home from getting damaged but I'm afraid some people don't care about others property

Everything from start to finish was great. Everyone was very friendly and got on with what they had to do, plus they really helped and went out their way to help, given the situationwe were in. Great job done by all, huge thanks to everyone

Excellent service from warm works. Communication all the way from start to finish with clear times and dates. They guys doing the work did a fan5astic job making sure i was happy with everything they did. Very curious and happy excellent with cleaning up also .8 would recommended Warmworks to anyone wantng a good job done.

The process, start to finish, was remarkably easy. Made a phone call, answered a few questions. Provided supporting evidence. And we were off. The contractors were excellent. Warmworks were extremely easy to deal with and thorough in their part, but without ever being intrusive in any way. We went from heating fail to new system fitted and working in 3 weeks. Outstanding. Central heating engineers arrived when said. Worked quickly and efficiently and we're respectful of property. Explained how to use system clearly. In no way could fault their work or attitude.
