I would give "0" if I could for customer service they provided. Before I place order I chatted with them and was told item is in Stock. Once I placed the order I got email stating it was special order item and they have no ETA on when it will ship. Then I called back again and was asked to cancel the order and wait for refund to be approved. When I asked them how long will refund process will take. No straightforward answer. I belive this company is trying to rip people off. Beware before you order from them
Dont waste your time or money
Ordered a $5500 pool vac with 3 day shipping. it was shipped to us in a standard carboard box. The vac was smashed up. It was delivered 2 weeks ago and still no resolution from the company. All they do is ask for more pics and never respond when they say they will.

As noted by others, this Company appears to be a scam. Credit Card was charged 4 months ago and was told items would ship in a few weeks. No updates, after repeated calls, emails and chats, got a response the item was shipping directly from manufacturer in a week, That was over two months ago. Last contact was three weeks ago with a promise of quick response. Crickets. CA OAG next.

This is a scam website, check their BBB rating and BBB complaints and decide for yourself. I ordered an item and they immediately charged my credit card for the item, shipping, and taxes. Four months later no shipment so I canceled. They still have not credited my credit card. I've filed a complaint with the FTC and the BBB. The only time you hear from them is when you prompt them, otherwise the only thing you hear from them is crickets. This is definitely a buyer beware website. Check the BBB, they are rated F and have hundreds of complaints.
Pool Supply Unlimited unlimited crooks
Pool Supply unlimited have got to be notorious for selling reconditioned used equipment as new had trouble with salt generator only to find out it had been messed with before I received it unbelievable. Service and trying to contact them is almost impossible your lucky to get seven days warranty never mind seven years all I can say is if you want to get ripped off buy from them. They got me good buyer be ware
Two damaged pumps and 4 weeks later
Bought a grundfos recirculating pump for my hot tub. Took 2 weeks to ship and pump housing was damaged. Notified Pool Supply Unlimited and was given a return label to print out. Two weeks later, I received a second pump. This time the pump electrical connection box was cracked and a wire insulation was cut. I notified Pool Supply Unlimited again of the problem including pictures. No response from them. Sent another email and after 10 days I was told that they were researching a solution. Someone finally called but proceeded to talk about the problem with another order. The customer service person looked up my pump order and said they could send out another pump. I told him that I could not wait another 2 weeks to get another pump since I didn’t want my hot tub to freeze up. I told him that I would use an old pump cover and shrink tubing to fix the damage so that I could get my hot tub in operation and prevent freezing. Customer service informed me that I was accepting the order as is and there was nothing for them to offer. I thought that a partial refund was in order but they said that they could only replace the pump. So their remedy was for me to wait 2 more weeks for a third pump meanwhile my hot tub freezes up and I then have major issues. I think not. This company has the worst customer service and are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. They tried to blame shipping company for the damage wiring, which was cut. It clearly came from the factory that way or Pool Supply Unlimited was selling seconds, returned or reconditioned product as new. Truly disappointed. I will never buy anything from them.
We purchased Raypak E3T Electric Heater…
We purchased Raypak E3T Electric Heater that stop working after one week of use. Tried contacting Pool Supply Unlimited to help with warranty on heater. As the company Raypak does not deal with residents directly. No help at all. We contacted warranty service provider as Raypak indicated which is over 100 miles away and we have to pay $100 trip charge twice to get any help with heater for repair and warranty. Pool Supply should contact Raypak for us and Raypak should send serivice provider free of charge.

I purchase from POOLSUPPLY UNLIMITED a Water Tech Pool Blaster Spa Vac and Seaklear Tile Cleaner on 07/06/2021 and the Pool vac showed up a week later and was retape & used package and parts missing. The Cleaner has never showed up. I emailed 5 times and called 6 times and as of 09/28/21 no one has called back or help me get my items. This is the worst company I have never dealt with don’t waste your money.
Horrible customer service
The filter way "delayed" by a month from their supplier, but not back-ordered. Then when it did come, they sent me the wrong one. They sent the 75 sq ft filter instead. I emailed and called them for three weeks and they never picked up the phone nor answered my emails. It wasn't until I submitted a charge back with my credit card company did they provide me a RMA and instructions to return the filter.
