I bought a $770 pool from them. It came with a leak in the seal. No one will return my calls or emails so I am basically just throwing $770 down the drain. Never again. Don’t recommend AT ALL.

CAUTION - Do not purchase from them.

CAUTION! ... CAUTION! ... CAUTION! I would not buy from this online seller again. I purchased two crank wands to raise and lower my outdoor sunscreens over my patio. 22 hours later I received no notice from them that they had shipped my order, and I decided to cancel the order. I sent them a request to cancel the order and an hour later they sent a notice that my order was shipped. However, when I went to the UPS website to see the status of my order, it only stated that a shipping label was printed and the item was still with them (had not been picked up by UPS yet). It's clear that they simply did not want to cancel my order. It's hard to believe that for a measly $43.00 purchase they are willing to risk the reputation of their business by cheating a customer. Pretty sad and shady. STAY AWAY from these clowns folks, they don't know how to run a business.

DO NOT BUY FROM POOL SUPPLY UNLIMITED! I ordered a $300 salt cell part, was charged immediately and paid another $22 for UPS delivery. 2 weeks later, no product. No one answers the phone, and the auto-reply email said: "Our goal is to reply within 336-528 hours so you can better plan your swim season." For real!! Stay away from them!

I do not recommend this company

I do not recommend this company. Poor customer service, no follow up at all. You have to call like 20x for someone to actually pick up the phone. I ordered a pool 2 months ago. I received no shipment confirmation when it was shipped back in May, pool was sent back to the warehouse because freight company somehow had the wrong number for me so they were not able to set up delivery. I had to reach out directly to Blue Wave Products CEO to get my pool and resolve the issue that Pool Supply Unlimited could not resolve. As the dealer they should have been on top of this situation...i received shipment confirmation once the pool had already made it back to the warehouse. Had they sent shipping information out on time or followed up on my order perhaps this could have been avoided. I spent hours reaching out to UPS, Pool Supply, and Blue Wave. No one ever bothered to call me back from Pool Supply with updates or resolution. When I called the customer service rep he blames Coronavirus.. no we can't blame everything on Coronavirus. Beware of their poor practices

Bumpy experience turned out well

Our experience with them had bumps, but it turned out well. I was searching for a pool heater, and found them to offer the lowest prices, including worldwide shipping with UPS. ✔ Their system has a separate "global checkout" which is processed by a 3rd party, Zonos, and payment using CC or PayPal. There were 3 issues: 1. There was a coupon, but no coupon field in the global checkout form. In a live chat, the rep told me to pay, and they will refund the coupon amount. This came true. ✔ 2. There was an option to "Prepay duties and taxes" stating: "Guaranteed Total Landed Cost! - No additional taxes or duties will be applied to your order." I selected it, and the additional amount "Duties and taxes" was added to the Order Total. The invoice and Order Confirmation do not show the D&T part. I mentioned this to the rep who helped me with the coupon. He said "it's all handled". The UPS Tracking said "A missing commercial invoice is causing a delay." This took 3 days including the weekend. When UPS delivered the heater, they told us that there was no prepayment for D&T, and so they charged us $126 for D&T + disbursement fee. So I used the contact form of the PSU website to report this and ask for help. A case ticket was created, and the rep (another rep) replied: "The D&T were paid for, as we did contact them yesterday to confirm these charges." She asked for the receipt we got from the UPS driver. I attached it along with the invoice. She promptly replied: "We will credit you these charges." This too came true. ✔ 3. CS communication was poor sometimes. Emailing their only address "sales" is ignored. Apparently, they only respond within a ticket created thru the contact form. Even in live chat, at two times, days apart, in separate subjects, with different reps, the rep joins the chat and asks about the issue, I reply, they say something like "let me see", I wait, and they never speak again. One time the rep left the chat room without responding to my question. Perhaps the New Year holiday had an effect. We now consider these issues minor, as the heater came in proper packaging, brand new, and it works well. ✔ Thru this bumpy process which took 18 days, the promised offer was delivered, and we're satisfied. So overall, this was a good deal, and the company completed the job successfully.

Order arrived on time. I needed another part so I called customer service and spoke to a friendly guy who was very helpful. I would order from them again

O bought Aquarobot Breeze

O bought Aquarobot Breeze , its doesn't work, poor quality, I called to the seller, no support, nothing, they told call to the factory, but factory do nothing, my pool green, robot is broken, only loose $400, ion this time its one month like the problem is.

Refused Return

I purchased an expensive pool cleaner, advertised to be able to sweep leaves from the floor of my in ground pool. I tried it once and it failed miserably. Clearly it was mis-advertised. I contacted Pool Supply and they informed that "we're a reseller" and would never accept any return once the box was opened the device was used, even once. They were quiet abrupt as well, as if I should know better to even request. I spoke with multiple mangers and service people including Jesus Romero and Tauro Suarez. I even had approval from the manufacturer to accept it back if Pool Supply would first refund. They again refused An awful company and I will never do business with them again !!
