Communication, tailored service and friendliness was great from start to finish. I am so pleased with the quality of my iMac. It also came with an official Apple wireless keyboard, matching the iMac (purple) and the official touch pad "mouse". I feel fully up to date now, fingerprint log in and everything! Amazing. Customer service was amazing too. Delivery was swift despite the courier having a very minor delay. I was refunded my shipping fee and it still came within days. Highly HIGHLY recommend Tech.Trade. The Mac mini arrived quickly. My only gripe was the tech specs - the OS was different than the version advertised on the website, so the first thing I had to do was upload a necessarily newer OS.

I’m So happy with the product and service the MacBook I bought was better price than I had looked at on selling sites and comes with warranty and back ( help line ) Iv already used the help line and they where brilliant I bought a older low price machine but soon I will be back and buy myself a newer MacBook off tech trade highly recommend them

The iMac supplied was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. I've been using it for a week or so and found it in perfect order, like new.
