I bought a mac mini, it arrived quicker than expected and seems in brand new condition. The reconditioning/reseting to wipe old data etc seems to have been done perfectly. I would buy from them again, recommended

Very good and helpful conversations when trying to decide the correct computer to buy. Amazed it arrived the next day. So pleased it has a years guarantee. On Monday a friend will help me get it up and running.

couldn't believe how quickly the refurbished macbook arrived - &, even though it was rated 'bronze', it's in really great nick. set it up reasonably easily, though i did have to upgrade the OS myself. maybe i misunderstood the description, but i thought it'd been done during the refurbishment process. no biggie, though, really, but would seek clarity if you're going to buy one. overall, i highly recommend tech.trade!
