Outstanding customer service. The iMac I ordered was not quite what I wanted, the team were happy to arrange an exchange, getting the replacement dispatched promptly. I'd recommend you call or chat to the team to confirm the spec, I made an assumption that way wrong. Email response was super prompt, and calling the team was well managed. It's rare I write recommendations, but this company was great.

I bought a MacBook Air from Tech Trade last Autumn and I've been very impressed with the standard of service. The laptop is in great condition but the battery wasn't holding charge. They replaced the battery with no fuss and returned it very quickly. Great business!

We had a confusion with a return and they we were able to get it sorted after a few days and they did a three way call with DOD. The issue is still pending with DPD but I commend them for trying to get it sorted and processing my refund.

Good company. The delivery came on time, imac condition was excellent. Everything was going well but hic up creating my Apple id. Tried everything but Apple wasn't accrpting me. So the problem was Apple not the imac So I decided to return my imac. Tech Trade tried to help but accepted my return no issues. They arranged next day pick up. Sigh of relief, no hassle.

Great response from sales on their chat. Great prices on a reconditioned MacBook. Fast delivery - I paid for 2/3 days delivery (which i took to be working days), but it came in 2days and delivered on a Saturday. I had a slight issue setting it up, but my query was answered very quickly and resolved the issue. All good so far!!
