I have never bought a refurbished tech item before. I was a bit apprehensive. However, my Mac Air was carefully packed and delivered speedily. My laptop which was rated “Gold” was immaculate. I have not yet transferred my personal contents or had the time to use it yet but all looks perfect. So far, this rates as one of my best buys ever. Perhaps it would be a good selling point to include satisfied customers after one year of use!

I called support and they offered to upgrade me free of charge with a straight swop👍 I must say, these guys showed great customer care and understanding.. So far really impressed by the refurbished Apple Air. Works a treat. Speedy delivery. A fraction of the cost of a new one and suits my needs. I had my reservations before actually buying the computer but certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tech trade now.

Super quick delivery, amazing condition for a used item.

Got a MacBook Air for £250 within a few days. Works really well for what I need. Only problem was that I expected all the OS to be updated but had to download it myself which took a bit of time. Overall very pleased.
