iMac arrived with a cracked screen. Okay, these things happen, and maybe it was in transit-however, 24 hours of phone calls (no one picks up) web chats (no one replies) 4 separate emails )no one gets back) and online submission form I am still sat here with a cracked screen and out of pocket whilst everyone at the company appears to have disappeared. If this does get resolved I’m happy to remove this review, but as it stands I’m so frustrated that no one can be contacted EDIT: As per their reply, they have indeed replaced and all seems fine with new machine. Fair play for that. However the wasted time spent trying to contact them (when website said was open) and having to wait in another extra day for the swap was not worth compensation in their eyes, I beg to differ but hey ho.

We got a cheap mac book from Tech. Trade. It was a lot cheaper than a new mac book but it does the same job.
