Although the description said Ventura, it came with Catalina OS, but upgrading to Ventura was easy to do and without issue. .The iMac was a real bargain and I would definitely buy from this company again. I decided to take a chance and go for a refurbished iMac. I was able to choose between gold silver and bronze relating to the wear and tear of previous use. I went for gold paid by card and I received the iMac within a few days. It was well packed and looks brand new. I had intended to purchase a new iMac until I noticed the Tech Trade website. My call was answered immediately by a “Mac Wizard” who could identify the specifications that would support my needs and a price that suited my budget (far more than purchasing a brand new iMac). Within 24 hours my iMac was delivered by courier. I must say that the packaging was pristine and the Mac is absolutely beautifully flawless and I have enjoyed the exact same excitement and joy that I would have done had I purchased from Apple themselves.
