Service: A+ Value: A+ Communications: A+ Relocated vehicle from HI to VA using a third-party mover who contracted with ADKOS. Hand-off was seamless with ADKOS taking over the move from receipt of vehicle in HI. Communication was excellent throughout shipment and arrival in CA, with regular updates on expected delivery date, even including the name and cell number of driver who would bring the car to me. When the driver who called 24-hours out from delivery was different than the one previously identified, ADKOS responded to a query in less than an hour confirming identity of driver even though the query was made after business hours. Despite all the logistics issues going on with the ports, the car made it in just over a month and arrived in excellent condition. Would use ADKOS again for any future relocation.
