We stored our vehicle with Adkos for 3 years and came back to a car that was exactly how we left it. The team was very responsive to emails and phone calls, and were very punctual in responses if they needed time to find answers to our questions. I'd recommend their service to anyone. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my wife was not happy when her car was moved from one storage facility to another and we were not notified.

We wanted to safely ship our college aged son’s car from Wisconsin to Georgia. The weather was unpredictable and he has never driven that far on his own. The service was seamless. Kristin B. was very trustworthy and professional. We had a delay on pick up due to snow storm and I was informed all along the way by Kristin and trucking company ( (Mega Load). Despite the weather delay, our car still arrived on time and in excellent condition. I will definitely is this company again. A+++ (I was not compensated for this endorsement)

Ryan was our contact person and he was wonderful! He was prompt and responsive to both text and calls. He was here during extremely cold weather to trouble shoot what was going on with the car. He was persistent in preparing the car for transport. He came and waited for AAA to come pick up the car. AAA was expected between 11:30 and 12; but eventually arrived around 1:30 or 2. (They were inundated with calls/tows related to weather conditions). I truly didn’t expect that level of service. I do appreciate all of it.

Communication with Maria was great! Once pickup was scheduled, our vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. The assigned driver stayed in contact and made everything really easy for us. We would definitely use Adkos again.
