Do not get a loan with this company. They charge a really high interest rate and then when you struggle to pay the agree a payment plan with you but inform your credit score every month that you have missed a payment so that depletes your credit score and puts you in worse financial situation........

I contacted Tandem customer services regarding a query I had with a payment which was refused due to it not being one of my authorised accounts and an account I didn’t recognise. George was great, he explained the process of what happened and I thanked him for not letting the payment come through as I thought it could be a scam. This example set my mind at rest, knowing they are on the ball and my account and money are completely secure.
