Easy name change

So easy to change name on marriage with you, all done via chat, not like main banks where I have to find a branch to go to or send original certificate by post. You could teach the big banks how to be customer friendly

Stay far away

Tandem Bank (previously Oplo) has been a terrible experience. They offered to help by reducing payments, but instead defaulted my account just three months later. It feels like they were more focused on damaging my credit than actually providing support. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.
