Absolutely hideous
Absolutely hideous They raise interest constantly, because apparently 20%+ isn't enough for them. I ended up in financial trouble, and HAD to go down this route of being exploited for bad credit rating, and poor interest rates. This company has changed names twice since I joined them in December 2018 (I'll allow you to ponder that one). The amount I owe each month constantly rises. I'm stuck on a variable rate, and they won't speak to me to offer any alternative - just say they don't have one, so basically they're free to what ever they want to me and I can't do jack sh** about it. Absolutely disgusting. I've made several complaints and never once has it gone in my favour. Due to yet another raise in interest rates, I owed £6.08. I received an email threatening that my could be repossessed if I didn't pay them. I tried to pay them, but because my name is hyphenated, their website wouldn't accept it... AVOID - I don't care how desperate you are, you WILL regret ever dealing with this company. Trust me.

I have just spoke with Leah, from the customer service team and she was wonderful. The support, kindness and amazing customer care made that such a smooth call with no stress. I don't think they get rewarded for reviews but she deserves a gift of some kind.

Customer service awful
Firstly a direct debit was set up through them with the reference of a individuals name. Not a great start eh! Secondly, Customer service was awful with the wait of 2 calls totalling to over 5 hours When questioned about the direct debit they couldn't give any explanation of this. Then they failed to set up a new direct debit after cancelling the first one And finally after paying off the loan, they have failed to send any form of confirmation that this was done. Have emailed and still no reply.

Out of the blue I had a new DD set up in my bank from Tandam Bank it stated first payment. I contacted my bank who recommended to cancel it as I had not taken any new payment plans out. I was bombarded with emails and text chasing for money. When I was eventually able to speak to them I found out they had taken over an existing payment plan I had with another company. I had received no communication letting me know the take over was going ahead and because I cancelled the DD which made my payment late, they have reported this to the credit reference agency which has now impacted my credit rating. No empathy shown from the customer service team. I can only suggest you stay clear as when things do go wrong they provide no support even though it was their error.
