Deceptive Call for a non-urgent non-issue
Received a call today from Tandem saying they needed to speak with me about my account. They stressed it was not a marketing call (suggesting a level of seriousness) when i expressed concern at having to pay extortionate call costs as I am currently not in the UK. Only after multiple questions was I able to find out that this could be discussed over chat. And the issue? Updating my employment status/summary which is not an urgent or serious issue at all. Ridiculous scaremongering which will likely cost me since I took their call. Such a frustrating experience for no reason.
