Was a great app and bank but gets 1 star because they reduced interest rates without a warning

Having recently being made redundant, unable to pay my tandem loan repayment. A quick easy call and a small payment has put my mind a ease. Amazing experience offering someone to talk too for wellbeing.

Advertise a high rate, but when it comes to making a withdrawal, they make it impossible to access the money on an instant access account

Generally speaking a good bank to deal with. App is easy to navigate and all accounts are there at a glance. In addition they don’t plague you with persistent emails like many other companies do. Interest rates are fair but like all accounts need monitoring to ensure your getting the best return.
