I bought time at vip Communications to…talk to my partner in Ghana to hear there voice.
I bought time at vip Communications to make overseas calls to Ghana not once did I connect to person I was trying to call. I even upgraded to get loco number in Ghana still no connection. Only for 1 or 2 sec. Then contact broken. I could text to them all day without using them.
