I purchased a used MacBook Pro online, expecting it to match the specifications listed. However, the device that arrived was not as advertised and had technical issues. I returned it within the specified return window, but after nearly a month, the company sent it back to me, claiming they couldn’t accept it due to a minor scratch. They completely ignored the technical issues and the incorrect specifications, focusing only on the scratch. It was extremely disappointing to see that their quality checking team missed the main issues and only focused on the cosmetic detail. The whole process took far too long, and I’m left with a device that doesn’t match my needs and has unresolved issues. Very dissatisfied with the lack of resolution and customer support. As I mentioned earlier and now again, I was coordinating with the same email address from Cartlow which is mentioned below in reply and they returned back the same device almost 40 days later without addressing the core issue. I am gonna send again email so they will not make an excuse that I didn’t cooperated. Thank you
