Im always buying from them decent staff ,But i bought a charger and i got a wrong apple charger , i contacted them for refund and within a week i got my money back ! Customer service was very responsive too ! Thanks .

I have order laptop with certain specs ... after one week, i called them to follow up.... they informed me that vendor doesn't have same speed and he has different, then, i do accept with promising from them that will be delivered within 2-3days .... after five days i called them to again follow up, they said will check and revert back to you ... after three hours... i called them again, customer doesn't aware and no feedback on my order ... that all lead to cancel my order.
