I’ve purchased 3 laptops from Cartlow and it was more or less ok experience. I then submitted buy back requests for these laptops after a few months: The first laptop was picked up quickly and processed fairly well Second one was collected more than a month ago and it is still (!) in QC. It is a normal laptop that works As for the third one, it wasn't even collected within a few weeks, given that there should have been a confirmation of collection when I made the request on their website. The follow-up calls (you should be super lucky so that your call is answered) and false promises from their support (we'll call you within 24 hours, we'll get back, we'll do this, do that... didn't work) didn't result in anything. And now again, their support traditionally doesn't reply to emails, calls or Whatsapp messages.

This is the worst company I ever came…
This is the worst company I ever came across in my entire life. Zero customer service and support, zero interest in customer retention, zero care after all. I consider myself a reasonable person but all attempts to conclude the business transaction amicably failed. They just ignore you on every level. I am pretty sure their founder and CEO -Mr. Mohammed Sleiman- is not aware what's going on in his company. I can only repeat what I have stated elsewhere...do not buy and/or support Cartlow whatsoever. Stay away from them.

I ordered a laptop, and it's still in the processing stage even after 10 days. There are no responses from their side, I even called the phone number and it says that they cannot take the call or connect them. Unbelievable. I've read a lot of other reviews regarding the refund policy and that it takes even more time to get my money back, so I don't even know if I should wait or ask for a refund I hope no one use this service for their own good

Order is not dispatched and no customer care response really disappointed I placed the order on 19 th November now 29 th November there’s no response from Cartlow team since my order is paid but till now I haven’t got any update abt my delivery or refunds . Very disappointing service
NOT RESPONDING TO EMAIL OR PHONE CALL (order number 3299728)
after less than a month the power button of the phone I bought with top condition had its power button stop working randomly and when I sent it for warranty they stopped communicating with me. They emailed me one time saying they received a broken product (broken power button) and back glass that I had broken but did not ask for it to be repaired. The power button randomly stopped working and the battery also is bad as it shows inaccurate percentage. I literally tried contacting them 7 times now and no reply. I am very disappointed as I trusted this company. Order number 3299728

Edit: I have to come back for a latest on Cartlow. It’s been 15 days since I have been calling them to get an update on my pending orders but to no avail! They took my money and now no one is responding. The customer care number is not reachable! Please refrain from buying anything!

I wrote many emails regarding my order 3343715 a dell laptop e7250. I ordered it since October 18,2024 until now 24/11/2024 its on process. There is no option to cancel an order or to apply for a refund, Since the product has been paid.
