I bought my pink swimsuit last year. I wore it only handful of times and the material has uncrinkled in so many different places. My friend has had the same problem. I expected my swimsuit to last longer than one little trip away :(

I ordered the lovely red bikini with bandeau top. The bandeau top did not suit my shape and seemed small, although I’m a size 10. I tried to return it for another shaped top because I noticed you sold separates but I was told I had to return the whole bikini. I couldn’t do that because I’d removed the hygiene piece, although still haven’t worn the bikini. So I can’t wear the bikini as it is and will need to spend another £90 on the other top. This is disappointing as I’ve already spent £210. Rules are rules of course but a little flexibility would go a long way towards keeping a customer.

I own several suits and love them! When I had a quality issue with one of them Hunza stood by their product. Labeekah in customer service went above and beyond to ensure a good brand experience!

Had such a great customer service experience with Hunza G. I’ve been a long time customer and had an issue with a suit that was purchased fairly recently from Net-a-Porter. Despite not ordering direct, they are replacing my suit with a new one at no charge. Thank you Hunza, will continue purchasing your suits for myself (and now daughter) for years to come!

Amazing Customer Service! My swimsuit was out of warranty, but was having warranty issues. They offered a replacement and had the quickest responses! Truly a pleasure to work with them and this level of service is what makes you be loyal to a brand!
