Not made to last
I have purchased two pairs of swimmers from Hunza G - after only 8-12 months (would have only worn 12 times max), both have had areas around my breasts completely loose it’s elastic and go see through. Contacted Hunza G and they wouldn’t help, said they only offer a 6 month warranty. Both were cared for and rinsed or hand washed after ware Hunza G seemed to blame it on chlorine which isn’t true as I hadn’t worn them in chlorine. You would expect a $400 swim suit to last if looked after, staff are unhelpful and rude. Swimmers are beautiful but don’t expect them to last. Edit reply: Thanks for the reply, but when I spoke to Hunza G they said that it was chlorine damage so it wouldn’t be covered by warranty anyway (although it was on only on part of the breast area of the swim suit that had hardly been worn in chlorine, only once and rinsed) - though the lovely retailer (third party) has given my a credit although I really just would like a replacement! Pretty disappointing from a luxury swim wear brand to see that reply. I was dismissed, but the retailer has created a credit note.

Shocking Customer Service
Ordered a swimsuit which was delivered but the proof of delivery was a picture of a reception desk that was not my building nor any neighboring buildings. I sent an email requesting help with this and received no reply, after 2 weeks I sent a complaint and got a phone call the next day from an incredibly rude lady who stated that they hadn't received my email and that my billing and delivery address are different, what has that got to do with anything? I managed to track my parcel down after chasing around DHL drivers in the area and asking them if they recognised this mystery location and in fact it was delivered to an incorrect address. I've never been spoken to in such a condescending manner from any company, I do actually like the swimsuit but the way I have been treated has completely put me off and I would return the item if I'd kept the packaging. Definitely will not be ordering again!

Had the loveliest customer service experience with Hunza G - I got in touch on the off-change they could help me (I was outside the T&Cs so they had no obligation), and they were so kind and went the extra mile to assist. Couldn't recommend the customer service more! And the swimwear is amazing.

I’ve bought two Hunza G items - a bikini from the company directly 18 months ago and a swimsuit via Mytheresa two years ago. Bought them after being influenced on Instagram and thought the investment would be worth it and they’d last for years. I live in England so I’ve only been able to wear the items occasionally on holiday. Followed the care instructions as directed since they’re pretty expensive. The material on both items has totally broken down. What was stretchy, form-fitting fabric is now thin, saggy fabric with no stretch so totally unwearable. The ‘customer service’ from both Mytheresa and Hunza G was dreadful - not something I expected from ‘luxury’ brands. They have no interest in helping you. Hunza G expect the swimwear to last no longer than one year and if any issues after this it’s ‘wear and tear’, despite following care instructions and not wearing items very often. Please don’t make the same mistake as me - avoid Hunza G. They need de-influencing so that others don’t waste £100s like I did.
