Utterly disappointed with my Emerald…

Utterly disappointed with my Emerald Gigi Bikini that I purchased just over 12 months ago. The stitching has come apart in multiple places on the bandeau and material has lost so much stretch as well. I have only been able to wear my bikini for one summer which I am baffled by, after spending almost $300 on the set. The quality is terrible and I’m honestly not sure how brands like this can continue to sell items at such an inflated price. Would not recommend buying.

Where is my order and why is no one on…

Where is my order and why is no one on your customer service email replying or looking into this??? I have been getting an email from Ruby for three weeks now and she can not tell me where my order is? I asked for a refund, she said she could not reply until bathing suit is returned. How can I return a bathing suit I have never received. Tracking states it has been sitting in picked up ready for transmit for weeks!!! I feel like I have been scammed. Contacting my back now to reverse payment. Disgusting service.

Customer service quick to resolve

I bought my first Hunza G bikini in November 2023, I was a little sceptical as to how it would fit, but as soon as I put it on, I loved it. The best fitting bikini I've ever bought. I went on holiday in December 2023, and unfortunatley by the end of the 2 weeks, some of the stiching had come loose around the waist band. I send some photos through to customer services who replied immediately and organised a replacement. Really appreciate the speed in which this was resolved and look forward to wearing my bikini again. If the stitching is good on the replacement then I will definitely buy more in the future!

A waste of money

Purchased 2 bikinis and would not recommend this brand, products not fit for purpose and a complete waste of money. After purchasing last year I have taken the Gigi bikini to wear on its second holiday only to find the material has started to deconstruct, this is despite following all care instructions. In addition to this I have the Jean strapless bikini top which will not stay up or in place when I contacted the brand they said this is not a design issue ! …. Given the costs of these products you would expect better quality and fit. Really disappointed.

The material deteriorates in chlorine…

I have 4 items from Hunza G. A word of warning…The pink bikini dye runs and the material has been ruined. I sent a picture and Hunza G said it was deterioration in the material due to chlorine. Never heard of this in a swimwear brand whose very purpose is… swimwear. They didn’t help rectify this issue as I didn’t still have a receipt… therefore, I will not be purchasing again.

Great flattering swimwear

I have 2 swimsuits and I love them. They are flattering and great colours. I had an issue with 1, which was resolved quickly and effectively by the wonderful customer service team. I’m now a bit more confident with my body after having children, so will be purchasing a couple of bikinis for my next holiday. You can always spot a Hunza G around the pool or at the beach and they always look fab.

Delivery problem sorted

On calling Hunza the representative sorted the non delivery without question and a new bikini arrived the following day 1st class service !

I love mine

I love mine, a first I wasn't so sure about the shape on me (i got the Juno style and have a fuller figure) but it was so comfortable and my husband told me it was the most flattering piece of swimwear I own! It's so handy to travel with and easy to wear no matter how you are feeling.

Discolouration after three wears

Wore my bikini three times, followed all care instructions and it completely discoloured. It was expensive for what it is anyway but the product is simply not fit for purpose, a complete waste of money. Really disappointed.
