Poor quality
Nice looking swimwear in lovely colours but, as other reviewers have stated, quality is awful. I have owned two Hunza G swimsuits, one white and one purple, and both have experienced discolouration and overstretching which makes them unwearable. I also own an Asos dupe which has outlasted them both! As a result I cannot recommend them. Also I received same response from customer service - it is a ‘rare’ occurrence and they can do nothing as I purchased from another retailer.
VERY DISAPPOINTED
VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered two bathing suits, and neither of them were delivered to my address. Customer Care confirmed to me that the items I ordered were delivered to another address that was not mine and that was not the shipping address that I had made the purchase to. Hunza G did not offer me any help, refund, or a new order, discount or anything. This means I have I paid over £300 to Hunza G and received nothing. I am very disappointed because it was a brand that I liked a lot. I would not recommend ordering online.
The most impractical bikini ever
The most impractical bikini ever . I brought the cream bikini which looked fab on but unfortunately after only wearing once in water turned slightly pink . The fabric picks up everything from tanning lotion , self tan anything that basically floats in water :( I am absolutely devastated as followed washing instruction but still pink in places …
Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. I bought the lilac Nicole bikini. Have worn it 4 occasions and it has faded so much that it looks dirty & grey. It is the last time I will buy from Hunza G. What’s the point in stating ‘colours will fade in the sun and in chlorine’ when it is a swimwear product. Where can you wear a bikini and not come into contact with sun?
Great customer service
I just wanted to write a positive review about hunzag and two of their employees,one I spoke to on Friday morning but unfortunately I didn't get her name and Ruby who dealt with my email and issue quickly and efficiently .it was so nice to have such great customer care that Is so lacking in many areas nowadays but not by my experience with hunzag,well done and keep up the good work and amazing customer care
Completely discoloured and unable to wear
Gorgeous costume however wore it a small handful of times and completely discoloured to the extent it looks so dirty I cannot wear it again! Can’t believe it considering the cost !!! Would not buy again especially as lots of high street brands do dupes at a fraction of the price that haven’t discoloured !
Not made to last or fit for purpose!
I have been a loyal customer to Hunza G over the last few years and have bought a number of pieces from them. However, the last two swimsuits I bought have both lost their elasticity in large patches after only two holidays (so not much wear overall). I wrote to Hunza G to explain this with photographs, but was told that there was nothing they could do as it was out of the 12 month warranty. They said it must be due to 'over use in chlorine'. Considering I have only worn them on holiday (in the sea and occasionally a pool, which was a salt water pool, no chlorine) and have always followed their care guidelines for washing, the material is clearly not fit for purpose or made to last. Even if I had worn it in a chlorine pool it shouldn't fall apart, it's swimwear! The customer service was rude and unhelpful with their 12 month loop hole, which for a seasonal product does not seem adequate. I am now left with two expensive swimsuits that I cannot wear after only a handful of wears. Do not waste your money and buy elsewhere.
Terrible quality and customer service
I bought the domino sage last June for my wedding anniversary. All grand albeit worn a total of 4 times and then this holiday it started to fall apart with the elastic going and big patches. Now totally unwearable. I can see obviously lots of people have had the same issues. I was told by Hunza that it is a rare occurrence- it does not seem to be that rare to me. I bought it from Harvey Nichols who have bee horrendous and won’t do anything. Hunza had said go back to the retailer but I haven’t got anywhere with them. Hunza would only stand over it if I had bought directly with them? I’d love to speak to Ruby about my issue as I can’t believe they stood over a charity shop bought one and replaced it when the rest of us have paid full price and not got a replacement?!

I bought the Gigi bikini in bubblegum pink and it was incredible but essentially only for a couple of times that i wore it. Sadly the material started to breakdown even though i followed the care instructions. Not holding out much hope I contacted the customer care team and Sharna immediately resolved the issue and i am now expecting a replacement. She handled my issue perfectly and made it totally seamless so thank you,
Unable to wear it after 3 holidays
Preparing for a beach holiday and saying to my husband 'And I need a new bikini'. To his acclamation what has happened to my Hunza G bikini, I put it on for him to emphasise how completely unwearable it is now due to large patches here and there. I can't even wear it in our private garden anymore - that's how terrible it looks. I am guttered as it was quite an expensive purchase and I thought it would be worth the money. But it appears that £15 bikinis last me way longer than £150 one. That's a shame! I really liked the idea and texture but unfortunately, it didn't last despite my care (it definitely was my favourite!).
